Welcome to G9 Clouds. As a senior-led boutique consultancy, we prioritize clarity, stability, and direct partnership. These terms outline how we work together to ensure the best results for your infrastructure.

1. Engagement & Services

G9 Clouds provides specialized consulting in Cloud Architecture, DevOps, and Security. Every engagement is led by a senior architect with 25+ years of experience. We act as a fractional extension of your team, providing expert guidance and hands-on implementation.

2. Professional Responsibility

We commit to providing services and advice based on industry best practices and proven patterns. While we strive for 100% stability, IT environments are complex; we work transparently with you to mitigate risks and ensure robust disaster recovery strategies are in place.

3. Transparency & Pricing

• Hourly & Retainer: Billed as per the agreed-upon frequency. We provide clear timesheet reporting for hourly engagements.
• Project-Based: Defined by a specific Scope of Work (SOW). Any changes to scope will be discussed and agreed upon in writing.
• No Hidden Costs: We will always inform you of any third-party costs (Cloud provider fees, licensed tools) before implementation.

4. Confidentiality & IP

Your data, strategy, and proprietary information are strictly confidential. All Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and documentation created specifically for your organization during our engagement are yours to keep. We believe in "empowering your team," not vendor lock-in.

5. Responsiveness

As a boutique firm, we offer high-touch engagement. For retainer clients, we provide priority response times. We expect a reasonable turnaround on approvals and information requests from your side to maintain project momentum.

6. Termination

We value long-term partnerships, but either party can terminate the engagement with a notice period (typically 30 days) as specified in our service contract. We will ensure a smooth transition and hand over all relevant documentation and access keys.
